Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for international fashion and apparel clients. Day-to-day activities include coordinating orders and production schedules, tracking delivery timelines, and ensuring product quality meets client expectations. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with design, production, and logistics teams to address client requirements and resolve issues promptly.



The role also involves preparing reports, monitoring account performance, identifying opportunities for account growth, and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Qualifications
• Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Experience in apparel, textiles, or fashion manufacturing, with a solid understanding of product development and production workflows.
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, including clear written and verbal communication with global clients.
• Ability to analyze sales, cost, and delivery data to support decision-making and improve account performance.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
