Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Functional Lead - Finance with strong expertise in Finance modules and end-to-end ERP implementation experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading finance workstreams, gathering business requirements, driving solution design, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance implementation and support projects.
• Conduct business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Design and configure Finance modules aligned with business requirements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and collaborate with technical teams.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, training, and deployment activities.
• Manage stakeholders and provide functional guidance to project teams.
• Drive solution governance, best practices, and process improvements.
• Support data migration, integrations,



and reporting requirements.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead finance solution discussions.

Required Skills
• 10-15 years of ERP experience with at least 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O.;
• Strong expertise in:General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash & Bank Management
• Budgeting
• Financial Reporting
• Intercompany Accounting
• Period Close & Consolidation
• Experience in multiple end-to-end D365 F&O; implementations.
• Solid understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles.
• Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and user training.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and lead large transformation programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
