Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Utility Billing Operations Associates to support utility billing and resident billing operations for multifamily and student housing clients. This is a semi-voice role involving a combination of data processing, billing validation, email communication, and outbound/inbound interactions with utility providers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely resident billing.
