About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion while ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, leading and motivating the sales team, identifying current business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to effectively manage sales operations, monitor market trends, and implement growth-focused strategies. The Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen brand presence, and contribute to the overall business development and long-term success of the organization.

Role & responsibilities :
• Identify and acquire new advertisers and business clients.
• Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Explore opportunities for event sponsorships, brand partnerships,



and integrated campaigns.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and payment collection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, brands, advertising agencies, and media planners.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable radio advertising solutions.
• Prepare customized advertising proposals, media plans, quotations, and commercial packages.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the RJ, Programming, Creative, Production, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
• Follow up with clients for campaign approvals, creatives, payments, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, sales pipeline, bookings, and collections.
