Role Description The Pastry Chef Instructor will deliver high-quality, hands-on pastry and baking classes to students, following Truffle Nation’s structured teaching methodologies and curriculum.



This full-time role involves planning and conducting practical sessions, demonstrating techniques, supervising students in the kitchen, and ensuring safety, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently met. The instructor will provide individualized mentorship, evaluate student performance, give constructive feedback, and help learners build both technical and skilled skills for real-world bakery and pastry roles. Additional responsibilities include assisting with curriculum improvements, supporting workshops or events, and collaborating with the broader academy team to maintain Truffle Nation’s teaching excellence. This is an on-site role based in Hyderabad.
