About The Role
As a Centre Manager, you will own the overall business performance of your centre, including commercial outcomes, operational excellence, teacher management, and learner experience.

What You'll Do
• Own the centre's P&L; and overall business performance.
• Drive admissions, renewals, and capacity utilization.
• Lead teacher operations, performance, and engagement.
• Build strong learner and parent relationships while handling escalations.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Academics, Marketing, HR, Finance, L&D;, and Product teams.
• Identify local growth opportunities to support business expansion.

What We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a retail outlet, education centre, branch,



or similar customer-facing business.
• Prior ownership of business performance, profitability, or operational targets.
• Robust people leadership, commercial judgement, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in education, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, or other service-led industries is preferred.

Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• MBA is preferred.
• Musical or broader artistic understanding will be an added advantage.

Schedule
• Monday: Weekly Off
• Tuesday to Saturday: 12 PM to 9 PM
• Sunday: 8 AM to 4 PM
