Role Description The Product Manager will be responsible for defining, building, and optimizing WIN’s digital and experiential products, including content platforms, event formats, and community engagement initiatives. This full time, in office role in New Delhi involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements,



conduct market and user research, prioritize features, and manage product roadmaps. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, coordinate with design, content, technology, and partnerships teams, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clear product requirements, facilitating stakeholder alignment, monitoring product usage and feedback, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of product enhancements that support WIN’s mission and growth.
Qualifications
• Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
