Role Description The Senior Wedding Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and execution of weddings and related events. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their vision, cultural requirements, and budget, and then developing detailed event plans and timelines. The Senior Wedding Planner will coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams, manage guest logistics, oversee décor and entertainment,



and ensure that all ceremonies and functions run smoothly on the event days. Day-to-day tasks include budget management, contract negotiation, schedule preparation, and continuous communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns. The role also includes mentoring junior planners, maintaining service quality standards, and proactively resolving issues during planning and on-site execution.

Qualifications
• Robust event Planning skills, with experience managing complex, multi-day events.
• Specialized Wedding Planning expertise, ideally with Indian weddings and culturally diverse ceremonies.
• Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiation to deliver high-quality events within agreed budgets.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including client communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution.
• Proven experience in a senior event or wedding planning role, preferably 2+
