About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Manager who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign strategy, audience targeting, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute Meta advertising campaigns based on business and campaign objectives.
• Create and manage campaigns for Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement, Conversions, Sales, and Awareness.
• Conduct audience research and create effective targeting strategies.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences,



placements, and campaign strategies.
• Work closely with the Creative, Content, and Strategy teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure optimum ROI.
• Stay updated with Meta's latest advertising features, policies, algorithms, and industry trends.
• Identify campaign issues and take corrective actions to improve results.

Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Good understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Knowledge of performance marketing and digital marketing metrics.
• Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand campaign data and derive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and tracking tools will be a
