Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Coimbatore. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving store and regional sales, meeting revenue and profitability targets,



and expanding Nykaa’s customer base through effective relationship management. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a high-quality, personalized shopping experience. The role involves overseeing visual merchandising, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with cross-functional teams for promotions, and analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities. The Senior Sales Executive will also train and mentor junior sales team members, uphold Nykaa’s brand standards, and support local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and conversions.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills, with proven experience in retail or FMCG, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Customer relationship management and service excellence skills, including the ability to understand shopper needs and provide tailored recommendations.
