Role Description The Sales Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads through inside sales activities, managing outbound calls and digital outreach, and building a steady pipeline of prospective clients. The associate will conduct discovery conversations, understand client needs, present bizzzup’s digital solutions,



and support the sales cycle from initial contact to closure in coordination with senior team members. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing basic proposals, following up on leads and campaigns, and collaborating with marketing to refine outreach strategies. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities, participation in team meetings, and contributing ideas to improve business development processes.
Qualifications
• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to research prospects and initiate contact effectively.
• Solid Sales and Business Development capabilities, including pipeline management and support in closing opportunities.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused and professional approach.
