RF Sales Engineer

Overview
We are looking for a technically grounded RF Sales Engineer to drive business growth for Unisem’s wireless connectivity module portfolio. You will identify and develop new OEM accounts while deepening existing relationships across our target verticals.




Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development
• Identify, prospect and qualify new OEM accounts
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts; build relationships with engineering (hardware, firmware), procurement and business teams at client organisations.
• Present and pitch Unisem’s BLE, BLE+Bluetooth and Wi-Fi+BLE module portfolio to technical and commercial decision-makers; articulate the value of Unisem’s IDH/ODM model versus standard catalogue solutions.
• Develop and execute account plans with quarterly and annual revenue targets; track design-win pipeline, opportunity stages and forecast accuracy.
• Represent Unisem at industry exhibitions, seminars, and semiconductor partner events
B. Technical Pre-Sales & Solutions Support
• Engage with client engineering teams to understand RF and connectivity requirements
• Collaborate with Unisem’s IDH / R&D; team to scope feasibility, define module specifi
