Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Business Development to drive business growth, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key clients, and driving finished-formulation business, third-party manufacturing, licensing, and institutional sales across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.




• Drive business through third-party manufacturing, licensing, and institutional sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Explore domestic and international markets for current growth opportunities.
• Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business opportunities.
• Track sales performance, KPIs, budgets, and revenue growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
• Guide and mentor the business development team.

Required Qualifications• B.Pharm / M.Pharm required.
• MBA in Marketing / Pharma Management preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Pharma Business Development, particularly finished formulations.
• Proven experience in third-party manufacturing, licensing, and institutional sales.
