Responsibility -
• Coordinate with municipal offices, panchayats, electricity, water, and other government departments for property-related tasks.
• Assist in obtaining, renewing, and maintaining licenses and permits required for property management.
• Handle the payment of property taxes, utilities, and statutory charges on behalf of homeowners.
• Facilitate transfer of house tax, name change processes, and other property ownership-related formalities.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting villa owners and communicate key updates to the team.
• Documentation & Record Keeping
• Maintain an organized database of homeowner documentation, contracts, licenses, and tax records.
• Ensure all homeowner-related legal paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local regulations.
• Assist in drafting and submitting required applications, affidavits, and supporting documents.
• Work closely with legal teams to resolve compliance issues and liaise with authorities when needed.




• Coordination & Communication
• Act as a single point of contact for homeowners regarding government-related processes.
• Provide homeowners with timely updates on the status of their applications and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, and Operations) for seamless execution of tasks.

Key Skills & Qualifications -
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Law, or Public Administration).

Experience:
2-5 years of experience in liaisoning with government departments, property management, or a similar role.

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Goa’s municipal, panchayat, and land laws.
• Good understanding of property taxation, name transfer procedures, and government approvals.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with authorities.
• Robust organizational skills with attention to detail in record-keeping.
