Role Description The Credit Officer role at RENGY is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad to join our growing team and manage end-to-end loan application processing and credit operations.

Key Responsibilities:• Handle end-to-end loan application processing and login workflows.
• Verify customer documentation, KYC, and application details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate effectively with sales, credit verification, and underwriting teams for fast-track approvals.
• Manage credit operations for products such as Consumer Durable Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans, or Personal Loans.
• Maintain logs and track application statuses from submission through sanction/disposal.

Requirements & Qualifications:• Language Proficiency: Must be comfortable communicating in both Tamil and Telugu.
• Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of NBFC loan application, documentation, and credit login workflows.
