About the Role
The AI School is hiring energetic Tele Counseling Experts to join our team for our flagship AI Upshift Program. In this role, you will interact with prospective students and fresh graduates, guiding them on how our hands-on AI curriculum can elevate their technical skills and accelerate their careers.
Key Responsibilities
Program Counseling: Educate incoming leads and applicants about the AI Upshift Program, covering, course modules, project work, and career outcomes.
Lead Follow-ups: Actively follow up with registered applicants via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to guide them through the enrollment process.
Student Guidance: Help prospective students identify their career goals and choose the right learning path within the program.
and candidate feedback using daily operational tracking tools.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Open to current students and recent fresh graduates.
Technical Aptitude: foundational knowledge in programming.
Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal communication skills in English (local language proficiency is a plus).
Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work full-time from our office in Hyderabad.
