Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly technical Sales Operations Developer to manage and optimize our Revenue Operations technology stack. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Administration, DealHub CPQ, Spiff, and LeanData, with the ability to design scalable solutions, automate business processes, maintain data integrity.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on systems administrator with robust analytical and problem-solving skills who can partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve operational efficiency and enable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration
• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types,



Lightning pages, and dynamic forms.
• Design, build, and maintain Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, and Formula Fields.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain Apex classes and Apex triggers where required.
• Manage profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Perform user provisioning, license management, and access control.
• Manage sandbox environments, deployments, change sets, and release management.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and CRM analytics to support business decision-making.

DealHub CPQ Administration
• Administer and configure DealHub CPQ to support complex quoting processes.
• Maintain product catalog, pricing models, discount rules, bundles, and quote templates.
• Configure approval workflows and contract generation proce
