Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to enhance communication skills, language proficiency, and customer interaction capabilities of employees within the healthcare business process management environment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in voice and accent coaching, communication training, call quality improvement, and performance coaching.
Key Responsibilities:· Conduct Voice & Accent, Communication, and Soft Skills training programs for recent hires and existing employees.
· Deliver training on pronunciation, grammar, fluency, intonation, neutral accent, business communication, and customer service skills.
· Perform call audits and identify communication gaps and training needs.
· Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions to improve employee performance.
· Develop and deliver refresher training programs based on quality and operational requirements.
· Support recruitment activities by conducting voice and communication assessments for candidates.
· Create training materials, learning modules, presentations, and assessment tools.
· Track trainee performance and share periodic training effectiveness reports.
· Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Learning & Development teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Conduct floor coaching and monitor performance improvement plans for associates.
Required Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
· 5-10 years of experience in Voice & Accent Training within Healthcare BPO, Medical Billing, AR Calling, or International BPO environments.
· Strong knowledge of English grammar, phonetics, pronunciation, and accent neutralization.
· Experience in call monitoring, coaching, feedback delivery, and performance management.
· Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
