Alterity is a growing Voice AI company building AI-powered voice agents that help businesses automate customer interactions, lead qualification, collections, support, reminders, appointment booking, and other business workflows.

We’re looking for a confident, English-proficient Junior Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our B2B customer base across industries.
You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching Alterity’s Voice AI solutions, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting opportunities into successful business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and engage potential B2B clients across industries.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Pitch Alterity’s Voice AI solutions and communicate their business value.
• Understand client requirements and identify relevant AI use cases.
• Schedule and assist with client meetings, product demos, and PoCs.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage prospects through the sales pipeline.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the founding, product, and tech teams for demos, PoCs, onboarding, and client requirements.

Requirements
✅ 2026 graduates / recent graduates are preferred.
✅ Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
✅ Solid confidence in speaking with clients and business decision-makers.
✅ Good presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
✅ Interest in AI, SaaS, technology, and startups.
✅ Ability to understand client requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
✅ Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and regular follow-ups.
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
