About the Role
We are looking for a target-driven Assistant/Deputy Manager – New Business Development to own new business generation for the India market. This is a hunter's role: you will drive the complete business development cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, deal closure and relationship management, with direct responsibility for delivering new business worth Rs. 50 lakhs to Rs. 1 crore every month.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Generate new business leads across India through LinkedIn, databases, industry platforms, exhibitions, conferences, referrals and cold calling
• Identify potential customers,



companies and key decision-makers
• Build and continuously expand a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
• Run high-volume outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
Lead Qualification & Customer Engagement
• Understand customer requirements, applications and business potential
• Qualify leads on potential, budget, decision-making process and timelines
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and product discussions
• Coordinate with technical, production, QA and regulatory teams on customer requirements
Sales & Business Conversion
• Own the full sales cycle, from first contact through proposal, negotiation and order closure
• Prepare quotations and proposals and drive commercial discussions to closure
• Negotiate commercial terms and pursue revenue and margin targets
• Deliver current business worth Rs. 50 lakhs to Rs. 1 crore every month
