Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bid Manager role based in Noida. The Bid Manager will lead end-to-end bid activities, including identifying opportunities, coordinating bid preparation, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals. Responsibilities include managing bid processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, drafting and reviewing bid documents, and maintaining a repository of proposals and supporting materials. The role involves tracking bid outcomes, analyzing performance, refining bid strategies,



and ensuring compliance with donor, partner, and internal guidelines. The Bid Manager will also support relationship management with stakeholders by providing accurate documentation, reports, and updates on ongoing and upcoming bids.

• Strong skills in bid preparation and bid writing, with the ability to develop transparent, compelling, and compliant proposals.
• Experience in bid management and bid processes, including coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and submission requirements.
