Role Description The Assistant Cafe Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role supports day-to-day café operations, including supervising staff, coordinating shift schedules, and ensuring a welcoming and productive environment for guests. The Assistant Cafe Manager helps oversee coffee and food preparation standards, maintains hygiene and safety protocols,



and monitors inventory and ordering for coffee, bakery items, and supplies. The role also involves handling guest interactions, resolving concerns, supporting sales initiatives, and collaborating with the leadership team to improve processes and service quality. The Assistant Cafe Manager is expected to model excellent customer service, support training of team members, and assist in implementing promotional activities to grow the café’s customer base.
Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including café workflows and basic food safety practices.
• Sales skills to promote menu items, support upselling, and contribute to meeting revenue goals.
• Experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality environments, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
