We’re looking for a Retention Marketer who can turn our existing customer base into a serious revenue channel through WhatsApp, Email and lifecycle marketing.
This isn’t about sending more broadcasts. It’s about understanding customer behaviour, increasing repeat purchases and improving LTV.

? What You’ll Be Doing• Own retention strategy across Clayco’s customer base, focused on repeat purchases, LTV and retention revenue




• Plan and execute WhatsApp & Email campaigns across product launches, offers and key customer lifecycle moments
• Build automated journeys across Welcome, Abandoned Cart, COD, Post-Purchase, Cross-Sell, Repeat Purchase, Win-Back and Reactivation
• Segment customers intelligently using purchase behaviour, recency, frequency, AOV and engagement
• Analyse customer journeys to identify drop-offs and opportunities to recover revenue
• Continuously test messaging, offers, creatives, audiences, timings and automations
• Own the numbers, including Repeat Purchase Rate, LTV, Returning Customer Revenue, WhatsApp & Email Revenue and Recovery Rates
• Work closely with Performance Marketing, Creative, E-commerce and Brand teams to drive incremental revenue
• Develop actionable insights from customer data and continuously improve the retention funnel
