We are looking for a strong Business Growth & Brand Manager to help scale our D2C e-commerce luxury niche brand across revenue, brand, digital growth, go-to-market strategy, and team execution.
This is not a pure operations role and not a performance-marketing-only role. We are looking for someone who can look at the business holistically, identify growth opportunities, strengthen the brand, improve revenue performance, and lead multiple functions toward common business goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive overall business growth and revenue expansion across the D2C ecosystem.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across website, paid marketing, organic channels, retention, partnerships, and new initiatives.
• Work closely on brand positioning, customer communication, campaigns, launches,



and overall brand direction.
• Build and execute strong go-to-market strategies for new products, categories, campaigns, and business initiatives.
• Monitor business performance, revenue, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, ROAS, CAC, and other important commercial metrics.
• Work closely with performance marketing teams/agencies while maintaining a broader business and brand perspective.
• Identify new revenue channels, partnerships, collaborations, marketplaces, and expansion opportunities.
• Improve customer journey and e-commerce performance across acquisition, conversion, repeat purchases, and retention.
• Coordinate and lead teams across marketing, content, social media, creative, e-commerce, and related functions.
