Business Development Manager – WeddingsCompany: Beyond Pheras

Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and well-connected Business Development Manager to drive new business for Beyond Pheras. The role will focus on building relationships, generating qualified wedding leads, converting enquiries into clients, and expanding our network within the wedding ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new wedding business opportunities through referrals, networking, partnerships and direct outreach.
• Generate qualified leads through personal and skilled networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI families, clients, venues, hotels, photographers, decorators, designers, bridal brands, vendors, event professionals and other wedding ecosystem partners.
• Actively participate in networking events, industry events, BNI and relevant social/business communities to generate business.




• Develop a strong referral network and consistently generate introductions to prospective clients.
• Handle incoming enquiries, understand client requirements and qualify leads based on budget, requirements and wedding scope.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations along with the planning team wherever required.
• Prepare and present proposals in coordination with the internal team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
• Negotiate commercials while maintaining the positioning and profitability of Beyond Pheras.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals and closures.
• Work closely with the wedding planning and operations team to ensure a smooth sales-to-execution handover.
• Continuously identify new channels, partnerships and opportunities to grow the Beyond Pheras client base.
