Job Role: SAP SD-SAP EDI / IDoc Functional Consultant
Experience: 5–8 Years
Relevant SD-EDI/IDoc: 3–5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP EDI/IDoc interfaces.
• Monitor and troubleshoot inbound/outbound IDocs, including failed, missing, duplicate or delayed IDocs.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of IDoc status, segments, message types, partner profiles, ports, processing codes and reprocessing.
• Support EDI trading partners and customer/vendor-specific EDI requirements.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end integrations: SAP → IDoc/EDI → Middleware/MuleSoft → External Partner.
• Support SAP SD/O2C, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing and Invoicing related EDI issues.
• Perform RCA, incident management and P1/P2 production support.
• Support EDI testing, changes,



UAT and production releases.

Mandatory Skills:
• Strong SAP EDI/IDoc Production Support experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP SD/O2C.
• EDI messages: 850, 855, 856/DESADV, 810/INVOIC, 204, 997.
• Middleware experience, preferably MuleSoft.
• Hands-on with WE02/WE05, BD87, WE20, WE19, WE21, SM37.
• Solid troubleshooting, RCA and stakeholder coordination skills.

Good to Have:
• ANSI X12 / EDIFACT
• EDI mapping & transformation
• XML interfaces
• SAP LE/Shipping
• VIM / E-Invoicing
• ABAP debugging exposure

Preferred: Candidates with strong EDI/IDoc + SAP SD + Middleware experience.
