Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Role Overview:

You’re the first hello for our members and visitors, the warmest smile, the calm in the 5:00 PM storm. If you love people, thrive in quick-paced settings, can get things done and are obsessed with organisation - we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist members and visitors with warmth & friendliness.
• Keep things running smooth AF at the front - Manage check-ins, payments, attendance logs, appointments, membership inquiries and all the little details that make a big difference.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly.
• Support our coaches, management + back-end team to keep things productive and the chaos low.
• Assist management in event planning & execution
• Support studio day-to-day operations

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience, in the hospitality, beauty, wellness or fitness industry
• Excellent English (spoken & written)




• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with computers, mobiles & productivity tools
• Currently living in Mumbai
