Role Description

This is a full time, Sales Manager role based in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with clients across sectors such as real estate, healthcare,



B2B, and manufacturing. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations, collaborating with internal strategy and marketing teams to align client proposals with Blu Dexter’s service offerings, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. The role will involve setting and tracking sales targets, analyzing market trends and client needs, preparing regular sales reports, and contributing to pricing and negotiation strategies. The Sales Manager will also support account growth, ensure a high standard of client service, and represent Blu Dexter at industry events and meetings.
