OVERVIEW: Serein Spaces is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales initiatives in the interior design and office design sector. This role is critical for driving revenue growth, building solid client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the interior design industry, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships with office owners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand the client base in the office design and build sector.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients, including office owners, architects, and interior designers. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Execution: Lead the sales team in closing deals by guiding them through the sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and finalization. Ensure all sales activities align with company objectives.




• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess competitive landscape. Analyze trends in office design and build services to position Serein Spaces effectively.
• Collaboration with Design Teams as well as Project Teams: Work closely with design and project teams to ensure that client expectations are met and that project proposals are aligned with client visions. Facilitate communication between clients and design staff.
• Performance Monitoring: Set performance metrics for the sales team, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to senior management. Implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve targets.
• Training and Development: Mentor and train sales staff to enhance their skills in customer engagement, negotiation, and closing techniques. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
