Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager will lead and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads,



focusing on key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, and CPA. This full-time, in office role based in Noida involves planning, executing, and scaling performance campaigns, including budget allocation, bid optimization, and audience segmentation. The role includes daily monitoring of campaign performance, analyzing data, generating insights, and implementing A/B tests to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs. The Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams for creative development, landing page optimization, and tracking implementation, ensuring proper attribution and reporting across channels. Additionally, the role requires preparing performance dashboards, presenting results and recommendations to stakeholders, and staying current with platform updates and best practices in performance marketing.
