Must-Have Skills
• 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst
• Strong ServiceNow experience
• Requirements gathering and business analysis
• Process mapping – current state & future state
• Experience writing User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Experience with UAT and business sign-off
• Requirements traceability and documentation
• Experience working with Product Owners, Developers, Testers & Architects
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience with Jira / Azure DevOps or similar tools
• SAM / Asset Management
• Service Catalog / Discovery / Service Mapping
• ServiceNow integrations
• CBAP / CCBA certification
• Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience in large enterprise ServiceNow transformation projects
• Experience working with global stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Create user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Map current and future business processes
• Conduct stakeholder workshops
• Manage and refine the product backlog with the Product Owner
• Support UAT and business validation
• Ensure requirements are aligned from business need → development → testing → acceptance
• Act as the bridge between business and ServiceNow technical teams
