Role Description The Head of Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding the company’s market presence. This position leads the development and execution of business plans, identifies new markets and customer segments, and builds robust relationships with key accounts in the mining and metals sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, coordinating with production and operations teams, and monitoring market trends and competitors. The role also involves preparing performance reports, setting revenue targets, guiding account management activities, and collaborating with senior leadership on long-term business initiatives. The Head of Business Development is expected to mentor the commercial team, ensure customer satisfaction, and represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

• Candidates should possess strong Business Development and Sales skills,



with a proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
• Candidates should possess Business Planning and Analytical Skills to create data-driven strategies, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Candidates should possess Account Management capabilities to maintain key client relationships and ensure consistent service quality.
• Candidates should possess communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Relevant experience in mining, metals, steel tubes, or industrial manufacturing, preferably in a leadership or senior commercial role.Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, with flexibility to travel to customer locations and industry events as required.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue targets, managing teams, and implementing scalable growth strategies.
