? Position: HR Assistant
? Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
? Department: Human Resources
? Employment Type: Full-time
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and joining formalities
• Support onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR trackers
• Support attendance and leave management
• Assist with HR letters, reports and other documentation
• Support employee engagement and internal HR activities
• Coordinate with employees and departments on HR-related requirements
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee and company information
? WHO CAN APPLY?
• Students who have completed or candidates pursuing BBA, B.Com, MBA (HR) or a related course
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email communication
• Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned work
• Candidates must be based in Chennai
