Role Description The Education Counsellor is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will guide prospective and existing students in selecting suitable courses, explain program structures and career outcomes, and support them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and admissions.



The Education Counsellor will collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to align student expectations with academy offerings, participate in events and orientations, and help promote courses to prospective learners. The role also involves monitoring student progress, offering guidance on career pathways in the multimedia and design field, and ensuring a positive, supportive experience for all students.
