? Qualification: MD Internal Medicine / DNB Internal Medicine

? Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage critically ill patients in the ICU with comprehensive clinical care.
• Conduct patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment & continuous monitoring.
• Manage medical and surgical emergencies and initiate timely interventions.
• Handle ventilated patients, sepsis, shock, respiratory failure & multi-organ dysfunction.
• Perform or supervise critical care procedures as per expertise.
• Coordinate with specialists, nursing staff & healthcare teams.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative critical care patients when required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.




• Communicate effectively with patients’ families regarding treatment and prognosis.
• Follow ICU protocols, infection-control practices & patient-safety standards.

? Preferred Candidate Profile:

✅ Recognised Critical Care Medicine fellowship/qualification candidates may also be considered.
✅ Valid medical registration is mandatory.
✅ Relevant ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
✅ Robust skills in ventilator management, resuscitation & emergency care.
✅ Good communication, decision-making & teamwork skills.
