Pepy Technologies is searching for a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and increases sales.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads and content marketing
• Create high-quality content that engages target audiences and supports marketing goals
• Analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics to identify trends and optimize campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets
• Report on the performance of all marketing activities and measure ROI

Qualifications:




• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads and SMO
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective content
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager)
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve

Job Type: Full-time ( Looking Immediate Joining )
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹30,000 per month
