Role Description This is a full-time, on-site faculty position based at the Toprankers center in Ahmedabad,



focusing on VARC (Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension), Legal, and General Knowledge (GK) subjects. The faculty member will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions, clarify concepts, and provide exam-oriented training for UG and related entrance exams, including law and management-focused tests. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and updating study material, question banks, and mock tests, and using both traditional and technology-enabled methods to maximize student learning. The role involves tracking student performance through assessments, offering personalized feedback and doubt-clearing sessions, and collaborating with academic and product teams to align content with current exam patterns and industry requirements. The faculty is also expected to participate in academic counseling, workshops, and content development initiatives to continuously improve learning outcome
