Location: Hyderabad (in-office)
Function: SEO & Website Management
Reports to: Founder's Office

Earthful is a plant-based nutrition brand for women's health, backed by Fireside Ventures and V3 Ventures. Our Shopify website drives 70% of our revenue, and right now it has no single owner — organic traffic is flat, product pages aren't optimized, and every site change gets routed through people whose main job is something else. This role exists to fix that: end-to-end ownership of the site, its search visibility, and its conversion performance.

Role Overview
This role owns Earthful's Shopify website end to end — site management, SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page), blog and content operations, GEO/AI search visibility, and landing pages and CRO. You'll be the person site changes actually route through, the person who owns the organic growth number, and the person making sure Earthful shows up when someone searches — whether that's on Google or inside ChatGPT. You'll report directly to the Founder's Office.
