Role Description

The Real Estate Sales Executive will work full time in office at the Parel office, engaging directly with clients to understand their property requirements and guide them through the buying, selling, or investing process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property consultations and site visits, presenting suitable property options,



and negotiating offers to close sales. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with customers and developers, staying updated on local market trends and project inventories, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle. The Real Estate Sales Executive will collaborate with the internal team to meet sales targets, deliver consistent customer service, and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
