Overview :
We are looking for a passionate DevOps Mentor with 3+ years of industry experience and proven exposure to mentoring or training. The ideal candidate combines solid hands-on DevOps expertise with the ability to teach, guide, and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds. Exposure to AI/ML concepts, tools, or AI-assisted development workflows will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training & Mentorship
• Deliver engaging live sessions (group & 1:1) on DevOps tools, practices, and real-world applications.
• Mentor learners throughout their journey, ensuring consistent progress and skill development.
• Provide personalized guidance, especially for non-technical learners, to help them transition into tech roles.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Curriculum & Content Development
• Design and update training programs aligned with industry standards and job requirements.
• Create hands-on, real-time projects that simulate production-level environments.
• Develop assignments, assessments, and evaluation frameworks.
• Continuously improve training materials based on learner feedback and outcomes.
• Learner Progress & Performance Management
• Track and take ownership of individual learner progress.
• Maintain performance reports and provide actionable feedback.
• Identify common skill gaps and implement targeted improvement plans.
