Role SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Google Ads and YouTube Ads Specialist to manage and scale B-Arm's paid acquisition across the Google Ads ecosystem.



The role primarily focuses on Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen, Display, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns. The candidate will also drive SEO initiatives to strengthen organic visibility and growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads
Develop, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns aligned with business and performance objectives.
Manage Google Search, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen, Display, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns.
Manage Google Merchant Center product feeds, including feed optimization and resolving product disapprovals.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research and campaign planning.
Create and optimize campaign structures, ad groups, keywords, audiences, bidding strategies and ad copy.
Optimize YouTube campaigns using view rate, CPV, audience signals and placement exclusions.
Conduct search-term analysis and manage negative keywords to
