Job OverviewWe are hiring CRM Blended Process Executives to handle customer interactions across Calls, Chat, and Email. Candidates should have at least 6 months of recent experience in a blended process and be comfortable managing customer queries professionally across all three communication channels.
This role requires good communication, typing, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and should preferably be immediate joiners.

• Mandatory experience in Calls + Chat + Email
• Positive English verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service/customer handling skills
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Professional email and chat etiquette
• Ability to understand and resolve customer queries/issues
• Comfortable working with CRM/customer support systems
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• 12th Pass or above
• Should have Offer Letter and Salary Slips as proof of previous employment
• Immediate joiners preferred
