Business Development Executive - Operations & Strategy

About the Rolebasys.ai is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive - Operations & Strategy to support business operations, communications, outreach, and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage campaigns, conduct research, analyze performance, and ensure smooth execution of business activities.

Key Responsibilities• Manage outreach campaigns using Apollo, Dripify, LinkedIn, and email.
• Maintain and analyze lead, communication, and campaign trackers.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Conduct research on investors, companies, customers, partners, events, and market opportunities.
• Support email communications, scheduling, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare reports and summaries using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Support leadership with business research,



operational projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to improve outreach and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

Required Qualifications• 0-1 years of experience in business analysis, business operations, communications, growth, sales operations, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with outreach, CRM, or business development tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications• Experience with tools like Apollo, Dripify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
