The role
You'll own new business for Auspicium. That means finding the right companies, getting in front of HR, admin and leadership teams, and turning conversations into confirmed events. You'll work closely with the founders and our design team on pitches, and you'll be measured on one thing that matters: revenue closed.
What you'll do
• Build and work a pipeline of mid-size and large companies across IT, BFSI, manufacturing and quick-growing startups in Pune and beyond
• Prospect through LinkedIn, referrals, networking and cold outreach, and book meetings with HR heads, admin, procurement and leadership
• Understand the client's brief and work with our creative team to shape proposals and costings that win
• Present pitches, negotiate commercials and close deals, including PO and vendor registration processes
• Grow existing accounts across our verticals: events, exhibitions and corporate gifting
• Keep the CRM updated and hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Who we're looking for
3 to 7 years of B2B sales experience,



ideally in event management, MICE, hospitality, corporate or a related services business. A network among HR and admin teams in Pune corporates is a big plus. You should be confident in a boardroom, sharp on follow-ups, comfortable with numbers and negotiation, and genuinely hungry to close. Strong English communication is a must; Hindi and Marathi are a plus. Own two-wheeler or car preferred for client meetings.
