• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture and developing enterprise architecture models.
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks including TOGAF, SOA and API architecture.
• Strong public cloud architecture experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or at least one Adobe Experience Cloud solution.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms.
• Experience designing/integrating AI-powered customer experiences.
• Hands-on understanding of LLM concepts, prompt design, RAG and model evaluation.
• Understanding of AI solution patterns, guardrails, agentic workflows and tool-using agents.
• Robust understanding of data architecture, customer data, identity,
profile management, data ingestion, governance and activation.
• Strong understanding of API-first, microservices, event-driven and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, IAM, security, observability and reliability.
• Proven ability to translate business vision into technical architecture and actionable roadmaps.
• Strong experience communicating with C-level and senior leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams involving software engineers, data architects, application developers and data scientists.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
