Role Description The Consultant – Organisational Performance will be responsible for assessing organizational effectiveness, diagnosing performance gaps, and recommending improvement strategies for client organizations.
This is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi, Kerala requiring regular interaction with clients and participation in in-person meetings and sessions across India.
