We’re Hiring: Team Lead – Marketing | Oxygen Auto
Oxygen Auto is looking for a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Team Lead to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. The ideal candidate should be analytical, ownership-driven and have a proven track record of delivering measurable digital growth.

Location: Noida | Full-Time | In-Office
Experience: 5–8 years, including 2+ years in a leadership role

What you’ll own:
• Digital growth strategy across vehicle acquisition & used auto parts
• Google & Meta Ads, SEO and lead generation
• Social media, content, PR and brand building
• Building and managing an in-house marketing team
• E-commerce and marketplace growth
• Marketing automation and AI-led initiatives

About the Company
Oxygen Auto is a leading startup in the ELV (End-of-Life Vehicle) recycling space. We run a government Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF) in UP, operating in strict alignment with India's National Vehicle Scrappage Policy.



Additionally, we aggregate multiple RVSFs and provide them with end-of-life vehicles near to their yards.

Our vision is to build a scalable, compliant, and technology-driven vehicle scrapping ecosystem that formalizes the unorganized market and sets new benchmarks in transparency, operational efficiency, and customer trust. We are positioning Oxygen Auto as a credible and future-ready
brand in India’s mobility landscape as we currently operate at the intersection of automotive, sustainability, and technology.

What We're Looking For
• 5–8 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record running Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable lead generation results — must be able to show actual campaign dashboards from past work.
• Hands-on SEO experience — on-page, local SEO, content strategy, link building etc.
