What You'll Do:
• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Einstein and related Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Build and enhance CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) dashboards, reports, and visualization solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce Einstein Discovery to create predictive models and generate actionable business insights.
• Design and develop scalable custom solutions using Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities within Salesforce applications to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to manage, unify, and analyze large-scale customer and business data.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud features and Einstein-powered customer service capabilities.
• Leverage GPT-4 and Generative AI technologies enhance user experiences and automate workflows.
• Configure and support Salesforce Agent force solutions for intelligent customer interactions.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and Salesforce platform services.
