The Role
We're hiring a Research Operations Specialist to be the human layer behind our AI-powered recruitment engine. You'll own participant engagement, understand what each client study needs, and make sure the right people show up for the right research — every time.
What you'll do
• Manage day-to-day communications with our panelist community across email, in-platform messaging, and social channels
• Understand client requirements for each study and oversee studies launched on the platform end-to-end
• Source participants and hit study quotas across diverse B2B profiles and geographies
• Respond to panelist queries, resolve escalations, and maintain a high trust bar in every interaction
• Partner with Project Managers to source and warm up participants for high-priority studies
• Support LinkedIn-based recruitment outreach for niche profiles when needed
• Monitor community health metrics (activation, retention, response rates) and act on what the data shows
What we're looking for
• 2–4 years in community management, panel operations, customer success, or research operations
• Excellent written and verbal English — you'll be writing to senior professionals across the US, UK, EU, and APAC
• AI fluency — comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to move faster, draft better, and automate the repetitive stuff
• Ownership and a proactive approach — you spot what needs doing and get it done without being chased
• Comfort with data — pulling reports, spotting patterns, acting on numbers
• Based in India with the ability to work across US / EU timezone overlaps when needed
• Bonus: exposure to B2B research, market research operations, or the gig/panel economy
