Job Description
Product Execution & Delivery
Translate product vision and high-level requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint backlogs.
Work with engineering teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and timely delivery of product increments.

Manage the SMS product backlog, ensuring it is well-prioritized, refined, and aligned with business outcomes.

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous alignment between technical teams and product goals.

Validate deliverables against business and technical acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality releases.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between engineering, QA, and cross-functional business teams.

Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.

Support pre-sales and operations teams with product knowledge and technical clarifications when needed.

Ensure customer, carrier, and partner feedback is incorporated into product iterations.

Market & Technical Understanding





Develop a solid understanding of SMS standards, GSMA specifications, and carrier-level integrations.

Stay informed about SMS trends, API developments, and platform capabilities to support informed product decisions.

Contribute to use case validation and functional design to ensure product-market fit.

Data & Continuous Improvement

Monitor product performance metrics post-launch (e.g., delivery success rates, engagement, adoption).

Identify opportunities to improve user experience, efficiency, or technical reliability.

Support documentation, release notes, and internal enablement material for SMS product updates.

Qualifications

8-11 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Lead, ideally within CPaaS, telecom, or messaging platforms.

Robust familiarity with RCS, SMS, or other messaging APIs.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with hands-on backlog an
